Pugil Sticks are 48"overall w/ 14" rubber coated foam pads, and a CPVC Hollow core, or Reinforced w/Hickory core, with 1" High density foam pads on the tips. These also come in a 72" overall length, w/ 20" rubber coated foam pads, 3/4" Reinforced fiberglass core for weight and rigidity. 1" high density foam pads on the ends.
